Situational Leadership II ®

Managing People, Process and Performance

Guiding the performance of their direct reports is one of the greatest challenges for many managers. Using a solidly researched self-assessment tool, the DiSC Personal Profile System®, participants begin by learning about their own behavioral style, identifying their own unique strengths and development areas.

Additionally, managers learn about the behavioral expectations for their own position. They learn what aspects of their personal style contribute to their success and what adaptations they need to make to enhance their performance in their management role.
