Situational Leadership II ®
Effective leadership produces teams of people who are
self-reliant achievers, motivated and capable of
contributing to organizational growth. Situational
Leadership II®, developed by Blanchard Training and
Development, Inc., teaches the skills that are the
underpinning of effective leadership.
Managers learn to accurately pinpoint employee's
professional development needs and to customize their
coaching strategies in ways that are appropriate to
those individual needs. The program focuses on
diagnosing employee competence and commitment and
applying the appropriate leadership style to build both.
Managers participating in the program also learn to
identify over- and under-supervision and their negative
impact on performance and morale. The outcomes are
increased productivity, motivation, retention, and

Managing People, Process and
Performance
Guiding the performance of their direct reports is
one of the greatest challenges for many managers. Using
a solidly researched self-assessment tool, the DiSC
Personal Profile System®, participants begin by learning
about their own behavioral style, identifying their own
unique strengths and development areas.
Additionally, managers learn about the behavioral
expectations for their own position. They learn what
aspects of their personal style contribute to their
success and what adaptations they need to make to
enhance their performance in their management role.
Applying their personal insights for results
on-the-job, managers use Cue Cards and Action Planners
to gain skill in people-reading techniques and to apply
specific strategies to managing others based on their

Team Effectiveness
Human Synergistics Team Survival Simulation®
This program has a history that precedes today's TV
Survivor series by many years and involves no physical
risk to participants! The Human Synergistics Survivor
Simulation® offers significant results to organizations
seeking to build more effective teamwork and can be used
with intact teams or with a mixed group. The program
teaches the behaviors and skills of successful group
problem solving and decision-making in a "safe,"
classroom environment.
Participants receive information about a survival
scenario and are asked to problem solve first as
