manager. In her role as Vice President of
Training and Development at Supercuts, Inc., an 1,100+
national salon franchise with over 10,000 staff and
managers, Marla had hands on responsibility for training
administration. There she gained unique insights into
managing organizational change, training strategies in a
competitive marketplace, and the challenges of executing
in a large, decentralized, multi-unit business
environment. Marla Rosner & Associates also
serves as the exclusive training firm for Michael H.
Seid and Associates, LLC, a franchise consulting
company.
